Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 18 February 2010 it purchased for cancellation 270,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 501.50p per share.

 

Following this repurchase the Company has 43,270,748 ordinary shares in issue and in circulation.
