The Company announces that, following a purchase on 4 May 2010 of 302 shares by Mr John Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 183 shares by Mrs Christine Pearmund, the wife of Mr John Pearmund, at a price of £0.9665 per share and a further purchase on 5 May 2010 of 1 share by Mr John Pearmund and 1 share by Mrs Christine Pearmund, at a price of £0.9438 per share, Mr Pearmund is now interested in 69,528 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company (representing 0.095% of the Ordinary shares in circulation).

All the shares are held in ISAs.
