Dr Sandy Nairn, BSc, PhD, ASIP, CFA is
responsible for EAFE, international and global portfolios as well as overseeing
the research and investment process of the firm. A trained economist with
a PhD from the University of Strathclyde, he worked for Murray Johnstone
from 1985-1990 before joining Templeton Investment Management, where he
won numerous performance awards and was Executive Vice-President and Director
of Global Equity Research. The investment process and team he introduced
as Chief Investment Officer at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership
from 2000-2003 transformed results for the company's £80 billion
of funds under management. He is the author of "Engines That Move
Markets" (John Wiley 2001), a historical study of technology investment
over the last 200 years.

Graham Campbell, BA, MBA, ASIP, is responsible
for managing and overseeing all UK equity portfolios at Edinburgh Partners
and for researching the resources, basic industries and service sectors.
A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian and Edinburgh University, he began his
career at Campbell Neill, a firm of stockbrokers, and later spent 10 years
with Edinburgh Fund Managers as an Investment Director. He joined Scottish
Widows Investment Partnership in 2001 as Head of Retail Funds with responsibility
for overseeing all the funds in this category. The UK Equity unit trusts
he managed at SWIP moved from fourth to first quartile performance between
2001 and 2003.

Stephen Anderson, BSc, researches
the technology and industrial sectors and is also responsible for the
development of Edinburgh Partners' research and portfolio management infrastructure.
From 2001 until 2003 he was Head of the Research Analysis Group at Scottish
Widows Investment Partnership and leader of the team that created an innovative
new research portal to support and reinforce the investment process. Before
that he spent 17 years at Murray Johnstone, including spells as Head of
US, Japanese and UK Equities. He was appointed to the board of Murray
Johnstone in 1993. He holds an Honours Degree in Mathematics from Glasgow
University.

Anthony Mather,BA, ASIP, is an Investment
Partner with Edinburgh Partners. Tony was a member of the UK Equity Investment
team at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership where he was a Senior Investment
Manager responsible for several retail funds. Tony's funds have consistently
been S&P rated. Prior to joining Scottish Widows Investment Partnership
in 2001, he worked for Edinburgh Fund Managers, for six years, as a Fund
Manager and had responsibility for several Income and Growth retail funds.
Tony has also worked for Warburg Asset Management (Jersey) Ltd, Coopers
& Lybrand Deloitte and Guardian Royal Exchange in a number of different
positions. Tony holds a BA in Economics from Heriot Watt University and
is an Associate Member of the Institute of Investment Management and Research
(AIIMR).

Dale Robertson,BComm, CA, ASIP, is an Investment Partner with Edinburgh Partners. Dale managed the SW European
Growth OEIC and the SW European Select Growth at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (between 12/01 and 6/03). Dale's research was performed on the
European financials sector and one year analysing the US Equity market. Dale's funds have consistently been S&P rated. Prior to joining Scottish
Widows Investment Partnership, he worked for Edinburgh Fund Managers, for five years, as an Investment Manager and had responsibility for managing
a mixture of retail and institutional funds. In addition to these responsibilities he also covered consumer and media sectors. Dale started his
career with Arthur Anderson as a business analyst where he gained his CA qualification. Dale also lectures in a variety of Advanced Finance topics
to students training with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (Company Valuation, Dividend Policy, M&A amongst others). He also has
experience of working with entrepreneurs in Scotland, helping them with business forecasting and fund raising.

Christine Montgomery, MA, ASIP, joined Edinburgh Partners from Franklin Templeton Investments
in February 2007. At Franklin Templeton, Christine helped develop institutional separate account business in Europe and the Middle East and managed
over $4bn of global equity assets. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Christine was at AEGON for twelve years, where she held a number
of positions including Head of Equities and Head of Fixed Interest. Christine started her career as a Research Assistant and, latterly, a Lecturer at the
University of Edinburgh and retains her links to the University as Vice-President of the Development Trust.
Christine holds an MA (Joint Hons) in Economics and Accounting and is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals.
Christine is responsible for researching the Global Insurance sector.

George Ritchie, MA, ASIP, joined Edinburgh Partners in February 2007
after more than 10 years at Franklin Templeton Investments. At Franklin Templeton, he managed a range of institutional and retail
funds, with the latter being rated by both S&P and Morningstar. He was also responsible for research of the Chemicals, Automotive,
Commercial Services and Diversified Financial sectors on a global basis, as well as UK, Benelux and Philippine equity markets.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, George spent eleven years at Standard Life, where he was responsible for UK Equity research and
managed both segregated pension funds and a portion of the main life fund. George holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from Edinburgh
University and is an Associate member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals. George is responsible for researching the Global Industrials sector.

Ian Cormack, BA (Hons), ASIP, is an Investment
partner with Edinburgh Partners. Ian was an Investment Director on the UK equity desk at Scottish
Widows Investment Partnership having joined in March 2002. Prior to joining Scottish Widows
Investment Partnership Ian spent 13 years with Standard Life Investments starting as a trainee
Investment Analyst and was appointed Investment Director in 1998. Ian has experience in managing
both UK Large Cap and Small Cap portfolios, joining the Smaller Companies desk in 1995 where he was
responsible for Pension Funds and Unit Trusts.

Robin Weir, BA (Hons), is an Investment Partner with Edinburgh Partners.
Prior to joining Edinburgh Partners he spent four years with Scottish Widows
Investment Partnership. From 2001 to 2005 Robin was European Equity Research
Manager responsible for institutional fund investments in continental Europe and for
ensuring high standards of research output. Before taking on this role he had been
Head of UK Life Funds and a member of the Global Equities team researching the global
energy sector.
Earlier in his career Robin spent 10 years with Murray Johnstone as an equity analyst
across a variety of asset classes. He was also a UK Equity Investment Director. He
began his investment career with Nomura international in London and Tokyo.

Andrew Herberts, BA (Hons), is an Investment Partner with Edinburgh Partners.
Prior to joining Edinburgh Partners, Andrew was an Investment Director and lead manager of
Global retail funds at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP), having joined in January 2002.
During his period with SWIP he also had research responsibility for the North American Industrial
and Energy sectors.
Andrew spent 3 years as an Investment Manager with Edinburgh Fund Managers where he was lead fund
manager of the North American portion of the Global Equity fund. He also had analytical responsibility
for the following sectors: European Basic Industries; Construction and Automotive and North American
Capital Goods and Automotive.
Earlier in his career Andrew undertook Officer Cadet training at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst
and served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army until 1999. He achieved the rank of
Senior Captain and served in the NATO Stabilisation Force, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Economics.
